The top level of the parking garage at Sam Houston State University is the best place I've been to watch a sunset.
A big storm had just moved through Huntsville, so the clouds were clearing. It was cooler than it had been the whole week. I drug my friend Mindi along. Seeing a sunset from the parking garage was on my list of 101 things to do in 1,001 days.
It was beautiful. Peaceful. One of those moments when the world goes quiet and you just soak it all in.
