"The Charge of the Light Brigade"

I went with some friends to see "The Blind Side." It was one of the best movies I've seen in a while. There was a poem that was read in it that I hadn't heard before. Written by Alfred Lord Tennyson, The Charge of the Light Brigade was a narrative about the battle of Balaclava during the Crimean War in 1854. I wanted to share it here:

Half a league, half a league,
  Half a league onward,
All in the valley of Death
  Rode the six hundred.
'Forward, the Light Brigade!
Charge for the guns' he said:
Into the valley of Death
  Rode the six hundred.

—Alfred, Lord Tennyson
